Excel Propane has been keeping families warm since 1950. We realize that our customers depend on us to keep their homes warm, and when it comes to the safety and comfort of your family, we won’t take chances.

Excel Propane services customers with residential, commercial, & industrial needs throughout Western Michigan. We service customers in the counties of Kent, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Oceana, Newaygo, Ottawa, & Mason.

Excel Propane is a locally owned company. Your calls are answered by employees who live in your area and will treat you with fairness and respect. There are no automated phone systems to deal with. If you need service after normal business hours, we’ll be there. Our employees carry pagers and cell phone for prompt response to your needs.

We have three (3) offices located in Fremont, Fruitport, and Hart, plus a satellite storage facility in Newaygo. Each office also offers tank filling for grills, campers, and motor homes.

We offer our customer multiple savings plans, including our 10-Month Price Protection Plan, Keep Full Plan, and Budget Plan.

We also have underground tanks available.
